The SPHRi is for HR leaders based outside of the U.S. The certification recognizes senior-level HR competency of generally accepted HR principles in strategy, policy development and service delivery in a single international setting.

      • Format: Computer-based testing (CBT).

      • Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes.

      • Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position and a master’s degree or global equivalent
      • Have at least five years of experience in a professional-level HR position and a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent
      • A minimum of seven years of experience in a professional-level HR position.
